Curtin Ignition is an intensive training program for aspiring entrepreneurs, academics and corporate innovators to trial and then prepare business ideas for the commercial environment. Redi Software founder Paul Redfern and CEO Daniel Foster were both invited along to be Pitch Panelists and Clinicians.

The clinic sessions held at Curtin University Bentley Campus were designed to give delegates on the program one-to-one time with subject matter experts and specialists to test their ideas and ask specific questions that they would not normally or easily be able to have answered. Redi Software were present representing expertise in both the software development process and what it takes to launch a software project as a start-up.

Both Paul and Daniel were also both Pitch Panelists (on different panels) where members of the program were given the opportunity to present their ideas and discuss their concept from multiple angles including market penetration strategies, competitor analysis, roadmaps, financials and product functionality. It was a great opportunity to help the next generations of aspiring entrepreneurs providing constructive feedback, suggestions and advice.
