The Company
Redi Software won the request for proposal for the TTM project, having beat national and international software companies. Their strong belief that everyone should have access to dental care is aiming to transform the dental industry through the use of software. Redi Software partnered with software not long after the company formed, and we have been there since the beginning.

The Challenge
Creating a FinTech company by founders with no technical knowledge or experience in software was always going to be challenging for TTM. A heavy, almost total reliance on our CTO consulting services and our experience in taking start-ups from an initial idea through to profitable business was exactly what was needed. We were tasked with starting simple to prove the concepts and market demand but architect for a solid platform where security, compliance and ease of usability were paramount.

Our Solution
Our first product was an industry first bespoke entire end-to-end loans management system specifically for dental treatment, smile now-pay later. Creating an initial MVP and continually enhancing it in an agile fashion over time, allowed us to work within tight financial constraints and timelines. Now used across Australia development continues on another medical first interactive dental self-diagnosis platform.
